Welcome to the Rabot Dutilleul whistleblowing platform
In accordance with legal provisions, this platform allows the Group employees and any person outside the Group to report the existence of behaviours or situations which do not comply with the Code of Conduct of RABOT DUTILLEUL, as well as any risks, threats or serious damage to the general interest, to which it may be exposed.
The categories of alerts include the following:
1. Conflict of interest, corruption and influence peddling
2. Discrimination and harassment
3. Financial, accounting and cash fraud
4. Anti-competitive practices
5. Environmental Protection
6. Health and safety
7. Non-compliance with laws, regulations or the public interest
8. GDPR alerts: personal Data
- The confidentiality of your identity will be preserved when filing your alert, as well as during the entire alert processing procedure
- Your exchanges with the alert managers throughout their investigation will also prevent you to be identified
- Only the contact persons designated below will receive your report
- You will be able to track your report and communicate with the referee(s) using the confidential PIN number generated by the platform when validating your report.

Only alerts which are properly substantiated by tangible evidence will be taken into account for investigation and analysis. We therefore invite you to check the sustainability of your alert before placing it on the platform. On the other hand, all reports which you will validate will be subject to rigorous analysis, thorough investigations and a detailed internal audit.
